In this role, you'll:


· Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable PowerApps and Power Automate solutions, Power Pages to address complex business needs.

· Deliver SharePoint On-Prem to Online (M365) migration projects, ensuring seamless data and application transitions.

· Must have deep expertise in SharePoint architecture, PowerShell scripting, and migration tools (e.g., Sharegate, Metalogix). Define migration strategy and optimize post-migration performance.

· Must have experience in designing and deploying Azure Functions and Azure Logic Apps for scalable cloud solutions.

· Responsible for leading development teams, integrating serverless workflows, and ensuring high availability of cloud-native applications.

· Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements, translating them into robust technical solutions.

· Develop and maintain solution architecture and technical design documents, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards.

· Provide hands-on support in development, deployment, triaging, and troubleshooting of Power Platform components.

· Drive the full project lifecycle from planning to delivery, managing risks and ensuring on-time, quality outcomes.

· Offer technical leadership and mentoring to developers, enforcing best practices, code quality, and performance standards.

· Coordinate architecture board reviews to obtain design approvals and ensure architectural governance.

· Ensure all Power Platform solutions comply with organizational policies, security, and regulatory guidelines.

· Stay updated with new Power Platform features and recommend improvements to enhance solution capabilities.

· Resolve complex integration and performance issues involving PowerApps, Microsoft 365 services, and third-party systems.

· Promote automation, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives across the development team.

About you


· Minimum 10 years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform including PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, Power Pages and Dataverse.

· Proven expertise in designing and architecting scalable Power Platform solutions with strong integration and design pattern knowledge.

· Demonstrated success in leading and delivering medium to large-scale Power Platform projects across cross-functional teams.

· Strong experience in developing detailed solution architecture documents and technical specifications.

· Ability to present to and gain endorsement from architecture review boards and governance committees.

· Solid understanding of Microsoft 365, Azure cloud services, and enterprise-grade security best practices.

· Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.

· Experience working within Agile delivery frameworks; certifications like Prince2 or PMP are a plus.
