In this role, you'll:
Lead the delivery of complex road maintenance projects under the Road Maintenance Council Contracts (RMCC) across the Hunter region. You’ll manage maintenance crews, direct workforce, and contractors to ensure all works meet scope, quality, safety, time, and budget requirements.
You’ll oversee all project phases, from planning and approvals through to execution and handover, while managing schedules, budgets, and risks. Your strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills will be essential to maintaining road safety and network efficiency.

About you
You’re someone with proven experience in the development and delivery of road maintenance works and projects in a Project Management or Leadership position.
You combine this experience with strong stakeholder management skills, technical construction and engineering knowledge, exceptional communication skills, financial management skills, and a safety-first mindset.
Your proven skills and experience will need to be backed by a motivation to work on projects that have a positive impact on the community
