Project/Contract Manager

You’re ready to work on everything from city-shaping work, to delivering smaller-scale projects that connect regions and improve local communities.

You're looking to contribute client side where you work more sustainable hours and take ownership of projects from beginning to end. You love the challenge of delivering a project that affects millions of people to quality, budget and schedule.
 

In this role, you'll:

Work as part of the Maintenance and Delivery Hunter Bridges team responsible for the development, management and implementation of transport infrastructure or maintenance projects. This exciting opportunity is a temporary part time (3 days per week) position until May 2026 based in our Newcastle office.

About you

You will have successfully completed a four-year engineering degree and have experience in either a project development and/or implementation of road, bridge and/or traffic infrastructure construction or maintenance projects. You will need to have a current and valid Australian motor vehicle driver license and be willing to work outside regular working hours and travel on occasion. Your project development and ability to support field teams will see your success in this role.
