In this role, you'll:
You’ll be part of the Finance Team under the Corporate Services division. You’ll be part of a high performing team working out of the Newcastle Service Centre managing general updates, processing sales orders, journals and month end support.
You will act as the first point of contact across multiple customer service channels where you’ll adhere to processes and practice customer service to deliver positive outcomes.
This is a temporary position until 19th December 2025 based in our Newcastle service centre.

About you
You have experience working in a contact centre setting to provide Customer Service, Administration and Finance related assistance. You can follow strict processes, comfortable working against high volumes of work and working across multiple systems simultaneously.
You must be able to travel to work from the Newcastle at least three times a week.
