In this role, you'll:
Be working as part of a team delivering timely and accurate information and advice relating to regulatory programs.
This role will see you act as the first point of contact for customers and external stakeholders and as a liaison with internal customers and subject matter experts to provide information which complies with relevant Divisional policies and Regulations.
You will respond to customer issues and inquiries in a timely manner via phone and email working to tight deadlines in a high-volume front-line environment.
Please note this is an office-based role in Parramatta 5 days pw.
This is a full-time Fixed Term role to 30 June 2026

About you
Your strong customer service skills and ability to communicate with people at all levels and explain clearly, relevant regulation and legislation formed across your work in government or regulatory environments will see you equipped with the ability to lead to achieve the deliverables of this role. You're recognised as a problem solver, skilled at working to tight timeframes in a high-volume environment, experienced in undertaking research, analysis of policy, procedures and legislation to resolve enquiries and complaints.
