In this role, you'll:
Join TFNSW within the Safety, Policy, Environment & Regulations Division where you will work in the Road Safety Regulation Team as a Customer & Data Support Officer.
You will be tasked with resolving data irregularities, DRIVES system anomalies, and defect notice issues, and all matters encompassed by stakeholders participating in the Common Expiry Date scheme.
You will support the administration and end to end delivery of the Common Expiry Date scheme to provide a timely and consistent customer experience, whilst administering the Customer Action Management System (CAMS) within DRIVES to manage customer access to high-risk transactions.
You will support investigations into issues concerning the DRIVES database to support the integrity of DRIVES access and records, and you will investigate, analyse, resolve enquiries and complex matters relating to information recorded on the DRIVES database using both SQL forms and DRIVES to maintain the provision of customer transactions.
This is a Grade 6 Permanent opportunity ($101k to $112k + Super) where you will be required to work in the office located at Parramatta, NSW.

About you
Detailed knowledge of registration and licensing policies and procedures.
Extensive experience in the DRIVES system.
Meet Australian Government Security Vetting Agency requirements and be able to maintain a minimum NV1 security vetting clearance.
