In this role, you'll:

 

Be working as part of a team delivering customer service solutions to participants in nine regulatory programs administered by the Customer Licensing Branch.

 

This role will see you respond to calls and inbox enquiries and assisting by providing relevant information, documents or redirecting to appropriate units to provide solutions.

 

You will undertake a range of administrative tasks in addition to responding to customers and ensure that all information is provided effectively, efficiently and in a timely manner in what is a challenging high-volume environment.

 

Please note this is a Fixed Term full-time role until 30 November 2025.

About you

 

Your high level of communication skills both verbal and written formed while performing inbound customer service roles, ideally in a regulatory environment, will see you excel in this role where you will show empathy to customers while resolving their queries.

 

You're recognised as a proactive enthusiastic team player, skilled at following systems and processes, with the ability to engage well with both internal and external stakeholders.

 

Your experience in an inbound call centre and high-volume transactional work environment requiring good time management and accuracy will equip you well for this role.
