In this role, you'll:
Working as part of a team delivering a stream of work of a major transformation program, this role will see you project manage the implementation and integration of several IT applications onto a new fleet of regional trains. From integrating the new fleet onto existing applications to brand new applications never done before.
You will coordinate multiple vendors and manage the end-to-end implementation of up to 13 systems in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. This includes overseeing project scheduling, budget management, project reporting (including steerco), risk management, and issue resolution—while working closely with key stakeholders across TfNSW and beyond.
This is a fixed term full time opportunity until 30 June 2026. The home location of this role is based at Parramatta with flexible work practices.

About you
Your strong technical knowledge and project management skills, formed across IT infrastructure, transport, or complex integration environments, will see you juggle multiple applications concurrently, overcome technical challenges, and drive delivery to a deadline.
You're recognised as a hands-on, highly disciplined project manager, skilled at navigating complexity and resolving issues. You're an effective communicator at both strategic and operational levels, and you excel at collaborating with and managing a diverse range of stakeholders to drive successful outcomes in high-pressure environments.
