Senior QA/Testing Analyst (Safety & Asset)

In this role, you'll:
• Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and automated/manual scripts aligned with project requirements.
• Execute functional, regression, and integration testing activities across web, API, and data-driven platforms.
• Conduct API and web services testing using tools such as SOAPUI and Postman.
• Perform hands-on testing for Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including PowerApps, Power Pages, Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and Power BI dashboards.
• Write and execute complex SQL queries for backend validation; leverage Unix/Linux and shell scripting for data and process verification.
• Identify, document, and manage defects through to resolution while ensuring traceability and clear communication of quality risks.
• Actively participate in product design and requirement reviews to contribute to testability and quality considerations early in the lifecycle.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions.
• Mentor junior QA team members and contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes, tools, and best practices.

About you
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in software testing with a strong foundation in both manual and automated testing methodologies.
• Proven experience in API and web services testing using SOAPUI and Postman.
• At least 3 years of experience with Unix/Linux environments, SQL scripting, and shell scripting for backend and data validation.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working with Microsoft Power Platform and Office 365 ecosystem, including Power Apps, Power Automate (Flow), and Model-Driven (Dataverse) solutions.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and processes, with an understanding of agile delivery pipelines.
• Exposure to cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure; experience in network, infrastructure, or DevOps testing is a plus.
• Knowledge of test automation tools and frameworks is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
