In this role, you'll:

 

Review and ensure adherence to data presentation standards by operators and third parties.

 

Utilise spatial information systems for updating, verifying, and managing scheduling data.

 

Update scheduling data using scheduling tools and relational databases, maintaining accuracy.

 

Coordinate the release of service change information for downstream systems and third-party apps.

 

Handle spatial data from bus operators, integrating it into systems and spatial information systems for managing scheduling data.

 

Utilise expertise in Spatial data, maps, spatial data accuracy and analysis for reporting.

 

Ensure the quality of customer information and business intelligence reporting through analysis and verification.

 

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance data maintenance and communication.

About you

 

You will possess a strong proficiency in spatial tools, data analysis, mapping, and geospatial analysis.

 

You have previously worked in data support roles, have a keen eye for detail and data accuracy as well as co-ordination in a cross-functional team setup.

 

You have  knowledge of public transport industry practices.

 

You embrace a hybrid work arrangement in Parramatta, with a commitment to spending a minimum of two days in the office while maintaining the flexibility to participate in other essential business meetings.
