In this role, you'll:

Join the Sydney Trains Workforce Capability & Learning team and this newly created role will see you play an active part in planning and scheduling complex Learning programs and providing exceptional customer service in resolving complex or escalated learner enquiries.


You will support the Manager in identifying inefficiencies and implementing opportunities for service delivery improvement across all areas of learning operations continuously improving processes, systems and the knowledge base and participate in regular quality and compliance assessments.


This fixed term opportunity is up to 18 months.

About you

•Experienced in a Learning environment with a strong systems background


•Experience within a large-scale organisation in Learning & Development


•Strong stakeholder engagement skills – ability to work collaboratively in diverse structure with multiple stakeholders.


•Quick learner with the ability to learn and navigate various complex systems

 
•Strong skills using Excel, CRM systems and other learning management systems


•Experienced with document management systems – SharePoint will be highly regarded


•Must have clear communication; written and verbal


•Ability to adapt and learn new processes


•Ability to work in a dynamic environment & adaptable to change
