In this role, you'll:


Work as part of the Surface Transport Coordination team delivering administrative support, including processing and verifying emergency and contingency bussing invoices, analysis and reporting, and administrative activities including attending meetings, follow up and to support operational teams at the Transport Management Centre. This exciting newly created opportunity is temporary full time until March 2027. Transport for NSW is currently in consultation to determine our workplace presence proposal which could see non-frontline employees primarily required to work from an approved office location under a hybrid agreement. This particular role is currently based at our Eveleigh office hub.
 
The proposed changes do not impact the availability of flexible, hybrid working arrangements at Transport. We remain committed to providing an inclusive working environment and supporting all employees to work effectively and productively.

About you


You're a highly motivated administration guru with a flare for providing detailed responses and drafting ministerial correspondences. You are able to interrogate information within our Salesforce Platform  in order to get invoices from bus operators and match the invoice on the platform and further investigate any issues. You will ensure that payments are made accurately and to respond to enquiries within a timely manner. You'rean effective communication sand stakeholder management skills will be an asset in this position.
