Agile Delivery Lead

In this role, you'll:
Lead and manage a team in the delivery of projects using Agile principles and practices, aligned with the broader delivery methodologies employed across the branch.
You will develop and embed Agile practices that align with the branch delivery model and complement traditional project delivery methods.
Lead the Agile practice within the branch, including the development and maintenance of the delivery backlog.
Coordinate planning activities with product owners, stakeholders, project managers, and delivery teams to gather requirements and define delivery priorities.
Manage and facilitate Agile ceremonies to support high-quality decision-making and delivery within the team.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement and coach teams to achieve higher levels of maturity at a sustainable and appropriate pace.
Operate effectively in a dynamic environment with competing priorities, ensuring timely delivery of both strategic projects and day-to-day responsibilities.
This role is a Fixed-term, full-time role contract until 31/07/26, Hybrid work model – team works from South Eveleigh office.

About you
• Tertiary qualifications or demonstrated equivalent professional experience in a relevant field.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
•Solid understanding of software development processes and procedures.
•Practical knowledge of Agile and Lean-Agile methodologies, including Scrum.
•Proven experience in a large, complex technology environment.
•Demonstrated success in delivering complex, large-scale projects.
•Ability to build trust, influence stakeholders, and communicate effectively at both strategic and operational levels, with a commercial and customer-focused mindset.
