In this role, you'll:

Be part of a dynamic and collaborative team delivering Operational Technology (OT) projects within the Operations Management branch, including the high-impact, operationally critical environment of the Transport Management Centre (TMC). You’ll play a vital role in supporting project managers across a diverse portfolio to ensure timely, high-quality, and on-budget delivery.

 

Your key responsibilities will include:

 

  • Providing project management support with a strong emphasis on risk and issue management, project scheduling, and coordination across multiple concurrent projects.

 

  • Managing project documentation, compliance, reporting, and resource planning to ensure alignment with scope, quality, and delivery milestones.

 

  • Coordinating meetings, fostering collaboration among project teams, and facilitating communication to drive issue resolution and risk mitigation.

 

  • Consolidating project reports and briefing notes that incorporate program-level risks, issues, and scheduling insights for distribution to stakeholders.

 

  • Assisting in IT project planning and execution, monitoring financials, and addressing risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
