Project Manager (Up to 12 Months Temporary Opportunity)
South Eveleigh, NSW, AU, 2015
You can be part of the team that enables significant service improvements for our people.
Your innovative mindset is key to creating solutions to complex problems. Our systems drive our organisational success and underpin every journey our customers take. This is your opportunity to be part of an expert team who build and refine seamless technology experiences.
In this role, you'll:
• Provide high-level professional guidance in the delivery of projects, leading project assessments, delivery processes, and operations across multiple initiatives.
• You will operate within a project management framework, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and that projects are delivered to best-practice benchmarks, are commercially viable, and meet the needs of key stakeholders across TfNSW.
• Oversee the development, deployment, and effective operation of IT systems—whether delivered internally or via third-party providers—ensuring alignment with industry standards and service requirements.
• Establish and manage a system performance monitoring process against service level agreements. This includes reporting on performance, engaging regularly with stakeholders, and implementing corrective actions to drive continuous improvement.
