In this role, you'll:
Provide business and administration support to the Division to ensure the delivery of quality service levels are maintained for internal and external customers.
This role will see you maintain records ideally using Content Manager and Sharepoint, conduct procurement activities, including raising purchase order requests for a range of goods and services; prepare documents, reporting and correspondence within a specified time and provide a range of administrative and support services including arranging meetings, minute taking, diary management, records management and following up on action items.
You will maintain a high level of customer service to internal/external stakeholders and work in a dynamic environment where priorities and work tasks may change at short notice. You would also be responsible for supporting a larger team, as you would be located at the Network base, you would be required to redirect people in right direction as needed.
Please note that this role would require you to work from the office 5 days a week, next to Central Station

About you
You are an administration or office management professional with relevant experience providing clerical and administrative support services supporting a dynamic team and understand the demand of the role and are able to swiftly adapt to change. Besides that, you are:
• Confident, Good communication skills, Proactive,
• You’re proficient with computers, including Microsoft Office applications including Teams and Outlook, in preparing correspondence and reports. You are comfortable using office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.).
• Familiar with filing tool like Content Manager, SharePoint. These skills will set you up for success
• You are organised, adaptable, team player with positive can do attitude and possess the ability to work independently and within a collaborative team,
• You can multi-task, juggle competing priorities and engage with a range of stakeholders
• You have great stakeholder engagement and customer service skills thereby ensuring quick and through service to the internal and external stakeholders
