In this role, you'll:
- Take on a pivotal leadership role in delivering safe, reliable, and high-quality infrastructure work across our City South Territory at our Sydenham Satellite Base as part of our progressive Network Maintenance team.
- Play a key role in the allocation of work to a committed Signals Work Group and assist in meeting and exceeding agreed specifications and scope of works safely and on time
- Work alongside, collaborate and support your Team Leader with all aspects of project delivery.
- Be responsible for coaching, mentoring, and supporting team members to enhance their skills, fostering a culture of continuous development, safety, and operational excellence.
- Manage the delivery of works and maintain the safe operation and security of equipment and resources, you’ll help ensure all team members are confident and competent to perform their roles and if not, be pivotal in identifying and providing coaching, mentoring and learning opportunities to ensure continuous improvement and high standards are achieved.

This is a rostered 24/7 positions therefore flexibility and commitment to supporting the network is essential to be successful in this role.
About you
- You will be an Experienced and Qualified Signals Electrician:
- Demonstrated frontline leadership and supervisory skills.
- Strong diagnostic, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
- A proactive, safety-first mindset.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A passion for developing others and driving team success.
- Hold a current and valid NSW Class C Driver's licence?
