Associate Director Commercial

In this role, you'll:

• Be responsible for commercial and contract activities to ensure the effective financial analysis, procurement, negotiation and implementation of development and delivery contracts associated with these packages for Sydney Metro West: Parramatta, Olympic Park and Pyrmont Integrated Station Developments

• Provide advice on complex commercial matters, pricing, contract negotiations, contract management, probity or cost benchmarking in the administration of contracts.

• Ensure consistency of internal and stakeholder reporting, managing change approval papers, reporting to finance, and managing key professional services engagements for the whole of Sydney Metro West.

• Be dedicated to coaching, mentoring and developing the Commercial team.

About you

• To be successful in this role you will have demonstrated experience in driving commercial outcomes on complex, multi-contract commercial development and/or infrastructure projects.

• You’ll have tertiary qualifications and experience in pricing and financial analysis, contract negotiation and procurement or resolution of contract disputes and post contract management.

• You will possess excellent demonstrable knowledge and experience of the Australian infrastructure and construction markets.

• Ideally you should be a member of a relevant Chartered Institute or working towards membership.

• A customer centric approach will set you up for success in this role, you’ll be passionate about bringing together a group of Commercially astute leaders and partner with them achieve common project goals.
