In this role, you’ll:
• Work with our Digital Systems Business Integration team and play a pivotal role in helping our organisation adapt to new technologies. Your focus will be on the people and processes and the change required to integrate these innovations into daily operations. You’ll be responsible for translating complex system changes into clear, practical processes, ensuring the transition is seamless and effective for all involved.
• Conduct interviews and workshops with key stakeholders and operational teams to gather insights, understand existing workflows, assess the impact of new technologies and update existing documentation. You’ll map and document current and future state processes to provide clear, actionable insights to help staff adapt to new systems.
• Develop/ amend or refine new and existing documentation for Digital Systems.
This is a fixed term, full-time opportunity to 31/12/2025 located at Sydney CBD.

About you
• Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on change management for large-scale projects, ideally within a regulated environment. Exposure to digital systems or large scale technology programs is ideal.
• Experience capturing current and future state procedures, with a strong ability to understand workflows, gather requirements, map business processes, and then update documentation to ensure operational readiness and enable new ways of working.
• Clear communicator able to engage with frontline staff and Subject Matter Experts to uncover workflows, gather insights and clearly understand and articulate the impacts of the changes. You also bring strong collaboration and adaptability skills, able to work effectively with various teams and stakeholders to navigate change, while being flexible and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in tools like Visio, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, or similar tools.
