In this role, you'll:
Report to Principal Cost Manager. You will be responsible for managing and monitoring costs. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure accurate cost reporting and effective cost management. You will provide professional guidance in the development, implementation and continued monitoring of project costs to achieve agreed objectives and best practice project and contract standards, on a commercially sound basis to the satisfaction of key stakeholders.
In this role, you will ensure that financial policies, procedures and internal controls are effectively implemented and a robust financial control environment is in place consistent with PMO standards and other programs. You will implement project/ program cost attribution with regard to month-end financial close processes, timely invoice processing and raising, accruals and cost transfers and monthly financial performance monitoring/reporting.
This is a temporary fixed term opportunity up to December 2025.

About you
You will be experienced managing cost controlling packages. Previous experience managing packages in the construction industry will be highly regarded.
You have exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
