Director Divisional Enablement

Join our new Portfolio Management Office & Enablement (PMO&E) branch, accountable for managing the lifecycle of the Finance Technology and Commercial (FTC) divisions portfolio of projects, delivering a pathway for end-to-end execution, and for providing enabling services to the division to ensure efficient and effective operations.
This is your opportunity to support FTC’s strategic agenda and drive Divisional outcomes.
In this role, you’ll:
- Lead a team responsible for delivering enabling business functions for the Finance Technology and Commercial (FTC) Division of Transport for NSW (TfNSW).
- Provide strategic leadership across key services, including business coordination, divisional engagement, planning and performance, resource management and people strategy.
- Foster collaborative partnerships with senior executives across the FTC Division and TfNSW to inform key priorities, risks and issues, as well as facilitate seamless information flow between TfNSW Divisions.
- Lead the development of frameworks, policies and procedures across the FTC Division to drive efficiency and effectiveness in operations for TfNSW.
- Support governance, risk and assurance frameworks to ensure consistent and effective decision making.
- In collaboration with PCW and Divisional leaders, shape capability, development, talent planning and succession to build high performing teams across the division.
- Build and grow a high performing enablement team with a focus on engagement, delivery and uplifting capability.
