Director Transformation Program Delivery (Temporary Opportunity up to 12 months)

This role is central to the TfNSW strategic transformation, providing the opportunity to drive complex, enterprise-wide programs and change to our organisation.
You’re ready to play an essential role by providing vital leadership, ensuring seamless project execution, and playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of transport for NSW.
In this role you’ll
• Play an essential role by leading and overseeing the development, delivery and implementation of enterprise transformation programs and projects.
• Provide senior leadership and strategic advice on programs and projects.
• Deliver performance improvement and optimisation of our enterprise programs.
• Lead engagement across program and project streams to enable effective information sharing, manage interdependencies, mitigate risks.
• Foster collaborative and mutually supportive relationships with stakeholders across Transport for NSW.
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex strategic programmes and projects, working in collaboration with relevant project control and working groups to
• Ensure programmes and projects are governed and delivered on time, within budget, and in line with business requirements
About you
• To be successful in this role you will have extensive experience in directing and leading transformation portfolios, programs and/or projects in multi-disciplinary entities.
• You have the ability to get things done in short time frames.
• You have exceptional leadership skills and bring experience leading teams through change.
• You bring deep understanding of and experience in people programs.
• You have experience leading high-profile programs with strong people impacts.
• You bring extensive experience working in large and complex matrixed organisations.
• You will have qualifications in business administration, law, project management and/or risk, or other relevant tertiary qualification combined with demonstrated extensive relevant experience.
