In this role, you'll:
By joining TfNSW’s Employee Relations unit is a force for change, working to make TfNSW a great place to work for employees. The unit oversees all aspects of industrial relations including enterprise agreements, industrial disputes, risk minimisation and everything in between.

We navigate a complex industrial landscape to achieve strategic and operational workforce relations outcomes for TfNSW, working closely with stakeholders across TfNSW leadership, unions, legal, state and federal groups. Our ambitious and supportive team includes experts from legal, HR, change management, industrial and employee relations backgrounds.

You will be responsible for performing day-to-day project operation and administrative activities to support project-specific and ongoing team-related objectives.

You will develop and coordinate efficient project management and administrative systems and processes to support effective time management and liaison on behalf of team members and ensure coordination of briefs and reports.

This permanent position is aligned with our Flexible Working Arrangements procedures which offers hybrid arrangements subject to approvals including having a mix of in-person days at the home office location of Macquarie Park and other locations as well as remote working.

About you
You will be highly ambitious, driven and self-motivated, with a good working knowledge and/or relevant experience in Human Resources/ Human Resources Project Management.

With a background in administration, portfolio coordination or the like, you will be looking for that next step to build on your current skills and enhance your career capabilities.

You are someone with great communications and interpersonal skills and ability to engage and build relationships.

You’ll have demonstrated ability to manage time and meet deadlines while balancing completing priorities.
