In this role, you'll:

 

Working as part of a team delivering a major infrastructure program focused on wayfinding across the Metro Western Sydney Airport project, this role will see you lead the coordination and delivery of a multi-million-dollar workstream.

 

You’ll manage the interface between wayfinding and a wide range of stakeholders to ensure deliverables are met on time and to budget, while navigating the complexities of procurement, reporting, governance, program and budget tracking.

 

You will broker outcomes, manage dependencies and deliver progress in a dynamic infrastructure environment. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a high-impact, high-visibility project, facilitating successful completion of deliverables throughout design and delivery.

 

Please note, this role is fixed term with a start date of 18th September 2025 and an end date of 3rd July 2026.

About you

 

Your project leadership, stakeholder management and financial acumen, formed across infrastructure programs or alike, will see you successfully manage a multi-million-dollar budget, lead project reporting and procurement processes, and ensure seamless coordination between contractors, design resources, and internal governance structures.

 

You’re recognised as a strong communicator, skilled at managing complexity, experienced in interface management, program-level planning, MS Project use, and delivering infrastructure projects with multiple moving parts.
