In this role, you'll:
You will work closely with the Trainlink Agency, playing a key role in positively shaping workplace culture, enhancing the employee experience and championing fair and effective case management.
You’ll recommend and support the implementation of People Solutions to engage teams with the business purpose, vision and values and align culture and behaviours.
You’ll co-ordinate employee engagement and retention initiatives, encompassing effective culture and communication strategies, leadership and team development and workforce metrics.
The role works in a collaborative way across the organisation to collate, support the People & Culture Business Partnering team as well as the opportunity to partner with the business.
This permanent position is available in a hybrid working model which are aligned with our Flexible Working Arrangements procedures which offers hybrid arrangements subject to approvals including having a mix of in-person days in our Macquarie Park office as well as, co-locating with the business and remote working.

About you
You’re a HR professional with similar experience in a large established organisation managing a portfolio with an operational workforce. You will be keen to master your role while continuing to grow and develop your business partnering capability.
You’ll demonstrate a high level of accountability and ownership of your role as well sound knowledge of HR policies, practices, and systems.
You’ll have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and steer conversations. You are also skilled in building relationships and collaborating with a diverse range of stakeholders.
