In this role, you'll:


This role will see you coordinate the end-to-end learning experience for new NSW Train crew, supporting the seamless delivery and scheduling of technical training programs. You’ll collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders – from L&D teams and technical trainers to workforce planners and rostering – to ensure training aligns with operational needs and business requirements.

You will build efficient and responsive training logistics and reporting processes in a safety-critical environment, contributing to workforce readiness and operational excellence.

This is a Part-time, 2 days a week Fixed-term opportunity based in Sydney.

About you


Your strong coordination and planning skills, formed across training, logistics or high-risk work environments like rail, construction, or mining, will see you thrive in a fast-paced, safety-focused setting. You're recognised as a proactive and detail-oriented organiser, skilled at tracking, reporting and keeping multiple programs running smoothly.

Experienced in training coordination and records management, you’ll bring structure and clarity to scheduling, stakeholder communications and program tracking – supporting successful outcomes for trainees and the broader NSW TrainLink network.
