In this role, you'll:
In this important role, you will lead a small team, providing leadership in program development and implementation relating to the Enterprise Agreement program.
In close collaboration with your team, you will be responsible for the delivery of agreed outcomes, for NSW TrainLink.
You will work with a wide range of stakeholders across Transport to ensure effective outcomes and support our strategic objectives.
This role is initially offered as a fixed term contract until 30/04/2026. We are open to applicants throughout NSW who can attend a Metropolitan or Regional office 2-3 days a week.

About you
You will have significant experience in leading people-facing projects that deliver change.
You are adaptable with the flexibility to work in with a complex environment undergoing a great deal of change.
Just as important, you have the ability to work collaboratively with all stakeholders to navigate through the complexities and establish effective governance and project management practices to underpin effective decision making.
Your experience to date allows you to maintain awareness of the industrial implications of projects and initiatives whilst managing the associated risks appropriately.
This is a rewarding role where you can help during a once-in-a-generation change of new regional rail fleet.
