In this role, you'll:
Work as part of the Sydney Harbour Bridge team developing and delivering bridge related projects.
Be involved in all stages of the project lifecycle, providing engineering support from the development phase all the way through to delivery completion and handover.
Manage the cost estimates, procuring and overseeing of service providers, suppliers and consultants as well as monitoring and reviewing an ongoing work program.
This is a temporary full time opportunity for 12 months based in the South Pylon of the Sydney Harbour Bridge and it is expected to be on site 5 days per week.
You can expect to work around works being conducted and will need to work at night on occasion.

About you
You will be able to effectively problem-solve and communicate with internal and external stakeholders including contractors to deliver timely outcomes on task requirements.
A natural multitasker able to prioritise workloads, manage risk and deliver project outcomes with a critical eye
With a passion for bridge maintenance and construction you'll be open minded to support a range of responsibilities.
Be comfortable with collaboration, can seek advice to resolve issues and discuss projects with direct controlled workforce.
You're experience on smaller projects where you managed responsibilities end-to-end will see your success in this role.
Finally, you hold a four-year civil engineering degree and valid Australian motor vehicle driver license and be willing to travel and work outside normal working hours.
