In this role, you'll:
Provide technical expertise and support in improving, implementing, maintaining, and updating data in a database that manages signage assets across the NSW public transport network.
Your role includes troubleshooting issues, working with key stakeholders to resolve them, and offering advice on data improvements. You'll also ensure the accuracy and accessibility of data through quality assurance processes.

You’ll be responsible for building, maintaining, and updating both technical and user documentation. You'll also stay up to date with current products and help with onboarding and knowledge transfer of new requirements.
You'll work closely with business users and stakeholders to ensure consistent data practices across a large portfolio, dealing with complex data from a wide range of internal and external systems.

About you
•Strong skills in Microsoft Access, Excel, and other database tools


•Experience developing and/or improving reporting processes


•Proficiency in SQL for querying and managing structured data


•Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience


•Excellent written and verbal communication skills


•Strong interpersonal and organisational skills with a proven ability to work well in teams
