In this role, you'll:
As the Interface Lead for Wayfinding Operator Projects, you will play a pivotal role in planning, coordinating, and enabling the successful execution of fixed signage projects.
You will act as the central point of coordination between Transport for NSW (TfNSW), operators, projects and customer touch points across the organisation, ensuring that design and delivery obligations are clearly understood and met.
You will lead the establishment of a governance structure to support optimised engagement of key stakeholders, triage and prioritisation of project pipeline, and coordination of design and delivery activities throughout, including management of budget and/or funding requirements.
You will work within an existing Delivery Model, while exploring the wider operator capability with a focus on enhancements and optimisation for delivery and overall engagement.
Your work will directly contribute to an improved customer experience and an improved cluster wide engagement.
Please note this role is currently fixed term until 1 April 26.

About you
- Project Delivery Expertise: Demonstrated experience managing complex infrastructure or signage projects (Experience in wayfinding is valued, but not essential) with multiple stakeholders and tight timelines.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Strong communication and relationship-building skills to liaise effectively with operators, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Analytical Capability: Ability to assess operator readiness, identify risks and opportunities, and develop practical recommendations for successful delivery.
- Process Development: Experience in designing and documenting structured processes that support consistent project execution.
- Organisational Agility: Skilled at managing concurrent tasks across different project phases while maintaining attention to detail.
- Adaptability: Comfortable navigating evolving priorities and project scopes in a dynamic environment.
