In this role, you'll:
Deliver infrastructure and maintenance projects to meet Transport for NSW and government objectives on safety, asset management, and network efficiency.

Manage projects through all stages – from development and procurement to implementation and completion – ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Lead design, investigation, estimating, and tendering processes for assigned projects.

Oversee and administer contracts for professional services, construction, and maintenance, acting as the TfNSW Representative.

Identify and manage project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve contract issues.

Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support effective project delivery.

Develop and implement stakeholder and community engagement plans to support project outcomes.

Coordinate and prioritise multiple project demands in line with government expectations and organisational standards.

This role is based out of Wagga Wagga and the sucessful candidate will need to be based in the area in order to meet the responsibilities of the role.

About you
Hold tertiary qualifications in Civil or Structural Engineering .

Broad experience in the development and/or implementation of road, bridge, and/or traffic infrastructure construction or maintenance projects.

Proven expertise in delivering and managing road-related infrastructure projects.

Demonstrated experience implementing effective community and stakeholder engagement strategies.

Strong project management capability with a track record of meeting time, cost, and quality objectives.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities.

Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.

Willingness to work outside regular hours and travel to project sites when required.

Hold a current and valid Driver’s Licence.
