In this role, you'll:
You’ll be part of a high functioning and process driven Procurement team based in our Wollongong office. You will provide support to Internal customers across all Transport for NSW Clusters via phone and email functions.
 
From a ticketing system, you will manage requests and customer queries related to purchases and travel expenses.
 
Using your customer service and communication skills, you will relay information clearly and service new card requests, changes, and other travel related costs.
 
This is a temporary opportunity until 31/12/2025 based from our Wollongong Office – you must be able to work from this office location.

About you
You’re a customer service professional with exposure working in a service centre setting. You’re able to manage a high volume of calls and have experience working with ticketing systems.
 
You can lead customer conversations and problem solve autonomously to find efficient solutions, adhering to set policies and procedures.
 
You’re computer literate and can use systems simultaneously with the ability to learn new systems with ease.
