In this role, you'll:


Join us as a Project Risk Practice Lead and help shape risk management standards across a major portfolio of projects and programs.

 

You'll lead the development and continuous improvement of risk frameworks, tools and methodologies, ensuring risk is embedded into planning, forecasting and decision-making.

 

Working closely with project teams and senior stakeholders, you'll provide expert advice, support assurance activities and drive a proactive, risk-informed delivery culture.

About you


You're an experienced risk management professional with a strong understanding of project and enterprise risk practices.

 

You can translate complex risk information into practical insights, influence stakeholders at all levels and drive improvements in risk maturity.

 

You enjoy working across multiple projects, coaching teams and helping organisations move beyond compliance-based risk management to support better decision-making and delivery outcomes. 

 


Technical Skills & Experience


• Project and enterprise risk management


• Risk frameworks, standards and governance


• Quantitative risk analysis and probabilistic forecasting


• Monte Carlo modelling and P50/P90 forecasting


• Risk assessment, treatment planning and controls


• Risk reporting, trend analysis and maturity assessments


• Assurance reviews, audits and health checks


• Portfolio risk aggregation and risk insights


• Project management methodologies (PRINCE2®, PMI-RMP or similar)

 

• Stakeholder engagement, coaching and capability uplift
