In this role, you'll:
Work as part of a team delivering workforce analytics, reporting and business intelligence services. In this role, you will collect, analyse and transform complex establishment / people-related data into meaningful insights that support organisational planning, governance, compliance obligations and strategic decision-making.
You will develop and deliver both scheduled and ad hoc analytics, reports and dashboards, collaborate with stakeholders to understand information requirements, and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of reporting frameworks, data quality standards and analytical methodologies.
You will create data-driven insights and reporting solutions within a dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities, diverse data sources and competing deadlines to deliver accurate, timely and actionable information that supports workforce management, organisational effectiveness and evidence-based decision-making.

About you
Your strong analytical thinking, data management and stakeholder engagement skills, developed across workforce analytics, reporting, business intelligence, human resources or organisational planning environments, will see you excel in interpreting complex datasets, improving reporting practices and delivering trusted insights that support organisational performance, governance and compliance requirements.
You are detail-oriented and proactive analytics professional with experience extracting, validating and analysing complex information, ensuring data accuracy, integrity and confidentiality.
With a sound understanding of information governance, policy frameworks and privacy obligations, you can translate data into meaningful insights and practical recommendations that support informed decision-making, organisational planning and continuous improvement.
