In this role, you'll:

Join Transport for NSW' newly formed Planning, Integration and Passenger divison and be a key part of delivering the Freight Policy Reform. This role will see be responsible for managing multiple, complex, and interdependent programs,  through partnering with delivery leads as well as developing and delivering outcomes driven programs in house.

This role will involve extensive stakeholder engagement, conflict resolution, strategic problem solving, mitigation of emerging issues and risks, and implementation of strong change management strategies.

This role is a statewide hybrid working role, and the location will aligned to the successful candidate.

About you

You have extensive experience leading complex programs and projects, in transport, infrastructure, or government sectors, ideally with freight experience.

Your program management expertise crosses complex, interdependent initiatives and you have a proven ability to manage scoping, scheduling, costing, risk, and stakeholder engagement in a transport or infrastructure environment.

You have in-depth knowledge of change management or reform, with experience integrating multiple programs, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, interdependency management and managing risk throughout the program lifecycle.

Your strong stakeholder collaboration and leadership skills will see you effectively work with a variety of government ministers and senior executives, industry leaders, government agencies, and local councils to drive program outcomes.

You also have proven ability to translate strategic initiatives into executable projects with measurable outcomes.
