In this role, you'll:
Working as part of a team delivering the development, implementation and continuous improvement of project controls policies, processes and frameworks within the Infrastructure Projects and Engineering division.
This role will see you act as the central subject matter expert for project controls methodologies, provide high level guidance to project teams, design and deliver training programs, support capability uplift, and ensure consistent, effective and compliant project delivery across Transport for NSW.
You will lead consistent, effective and compliant project controls practices and capability uplift in a diverse project environment balancing standardisation, flexibility, cultural change and continuous improvement.

About you
Your extensive experience in project controls, policy and process development, facilitation and training formed across large, complex organisational and project environments will see you drive consistent application of project controls methodologies, support change management and embed improved practices to lead to improved delivery consistency, capability uplift and performance outcomes.
You’re recognized as the central subject matter expert in project controls methodologies, skilled at developing, implementing and improving policies, processes and training programs, experienced in project controls leadership, stakeholder engagement and supporting organisation wide change.
